Tutorial on thin film analysis

In our new Thin Film Analysis tutorial, you learn how to determine the thickness and the optical properties of silicon nitride (Si3N4) thin films on glass (BK7) substrates. You will analyze the reflection and transmission data of two samples and also learn how to use our new Material Database. The Material Database gives you a starting point for both the Si3N4 and the BK7 material models and brings you to your result much faster.
