The free Speqqle Trial version is a fantastic way to discover app.speqqle as it gives you access to the same spectroscopy models as the Speqqle Basic plan so there are no surprises when you upgrade. However, the access to the Speqqle Trial plan is limited to 14 days and has limited user functionalities. You are able to analyse your data, but you cannot export your results or open sessions saved with different profiles. With our Speqqle Basic plan we offer you 1 hour of analysis support via video call which is the perfect way to get you started on your individual data.

The Speqqle Trial package ends automatically after 14 days and is not renewable. There is no automatic conversion to the Speqqle Basic package at the end of the Speqqle Trial period.

We are offering payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay) and by invoice (please contact us at contact@speqqle.com). Please note that in case of payment via invoice your subscription will only be activated after we have received your payment. In case of card payment your access to Speqqle Basic is activated automatically after your payment has been processed.

Your payments on app.speqqle are processed by our payment service provider Stripe that is one of the world's leading payment providers. Stripe fulfills the highest security standards (PCI DSS) to secure your payments end-to-end, has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by simply clicking in your account settings or by e-mail without any notice period. Your subscription will end automatically at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel before that date, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

Yes. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period via Stripe. We’ll email you a reminder before your annual renewal. You can unsubscribe any time via your user account; you’ll keep access until the end of the current period and won’t be charged again after that.

Note: the 14-day trial does not auto-convert and cannot be renewed — no charges during the trial.

As a student or a member of an academic research institution, you get a discount for the Speqqle Basic subscription. Send an email to contact@speqqle.com with a valid student ID or proof of your academic research affiliation. The academic discount is non-cumulative with other discounts.
