New application note on Reflectivity

Reflectivity measurements are a versatile, non-destructive technique to analyze materials in process control and to ensure product quality.

In this application note, we show you how to analyze reflectivity data in the simplest case of a bulk material and use reflectivity data measured on a Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) substrate as an example. You find it here among our other application notes.
